Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, and incidentals necessary to provide new electrical infrastructure to serve tree lighting at pavilion areas located at 1001 Jones St, Fort Worth, TX 76102. This is a grant funded project. All transformers, panels, and distribution infrastructure shall be installed at grade at the base of designated trees, ideally beneath tree grates or otherwise concealed and non-accessible to the public. Work includes installation of transformers, distribution panels, underground conduit systems (reuse of existing or full replacement via directional bore), ground boxes, copper conductors, power stands, and GFCI protection. Tree lights and stringers are excluded from this scope. Tree well steel modification or repair is excluded. Owner will clear tree growth from steel prior to contractor mobilization.
