This is a Request for Proposals to complete an Oil and Gas Infrastructure Analysis for the Acheson Area Structure Plan Phase 2 Update. The study is to be conducted on constrained lands within the Bylaw 2020-13 Acheson Industrial Area Structure Plan. The objectives are to outline requirements for decommissioning oil and gas infrastructure and any other potentially contaminated area within the designated project boundary. Tasks include summarizing previous analytical findings, describing current site conditions and infrastructure, providing an overview of site decommissioning activities including input for closure to contamination concerns, calculating cost estimates for all aspects of site decommissioning, and providing an approximate timeline for the decommissioning process. The project location is Parkland County, Alberta, and proposals must comply with the instructions provided in the official RFP documents.
