Rolling Meadows Estates Stormwater Rehabilitation Program. TIMELINE: Requests for Proposals (RFP) for engineering consultants has been awarded. Phase 1 will include a feasibility study of the chosen flood mitigation strategy options and identification of optimized and/or alternative options, environmental field investigation, geotechnical investigation, and development of Individual Ownership Plans (IOPs). Land acquisition and legal survey is not part of the consultant's scope and will be handled by the County. Phase 2 will include services related to detailed design, environmental and utilities permits and approvals, construction tender preparation, evaluation, and award. Phase 3 will include Construction Supervision, Administration, and Post Construction Services. Phase 3 may be awarded in early 2027 pending land acquisition, budget approval and consultant performance during the previous project phases. Further update may be available fall 2026.
