Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stony Plain, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Rehabilitation of Highridge Way from Heartwood Lane to Golf Course Road. The project aims to renew the lifecycle of the road and associated infrastructure, including sidewalks, watermain, storm, and sanitary sewer. The Town would also like to explore the opportunity to enhance traffic and pedestrian safety along the corridor adjacent to High Park School. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is underway. The successful proponent will be responsible for providing preliminary engineering and detailed design in 2026, and contract management and construction management services in 2027 pending Council budget approval. All work shall be completed in consultation with the Town in order to complete the rehabilitation.
