Sealed proposals are requested for the purchase of 500 MCM COPPER TRXLPE 15KV UG CABLE in accordance with Specification UG 2026-1. Proposals must be plainly marked with the specified information and submitted to the Engineering Office of the North Attleborough Electric Department or emailed to the provided address. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any formality, to award individual line items as shown on the Proposal Schedule, and to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing as deemed in its best interest. The successful supplier will be required to enter into a written agreement with the department following the acceptance of the proposal or successful negotiation of terms, conditions, or pricing.
