Questions Due Date: Mar 16th 2026, 11:00 AM MDT Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady, steven@jonescivil.com. The project consists of constructing portions of the Tremonton City pressurized secondary water system. The work will include the installation of approximately 4,400 feet of PVC water pipe and 50 residential laterals. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. LOCATION OF THE WORK: 570--775 East, Main St--300 North The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers and Tremonton City. Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2026 SA9 System Expansion Project will be received by Tremonton City at the City Office. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the designated contact. No Pre-bid Conference will be held. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as specified in the solicitation document. It is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $412,000 Substantial Completion is September 30, 2026, and the date of readiness for final payment is October 30, 2026.
