This work consists of the supply and delivery of Salt – Sodium Chloride, Bulk Carbon Dioxide, Bulk Soda Ash – Light, and High Calcium Quicklime (Calcium Oxide - granular). Bidders may bid on one or more chemicals, and each item will be considered and may be awarded individually. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities, and make awards as deemed in the best interest of the Village. No bid may be withdrawn after opening without consent from the Mayor and Board of Trustees. The Village may refuse to issue plans, forms, and specifications to any person, firm, or corporation considered unqualified.
