Renovation of Belwood Hall located at 36 Queen Street West, Belwood. Scope of work is to upgrade the existing facility to be compliant to Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, improve overall accessibility and useability, and replace end of life components. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: - new exterior ramp and stair access with accessories - new exterior roof above new ramp and stairs with new exterior lighting - renovation and replacement of exterior fenestrations - demolition of existing second storey area and stairs - renovation of interior divisions - renovation of interior floor assemblies - renovation of interior finishes - renovation of male, female and universal washroom -renovation of existing casework and millwork - removal of existing stage - replacement and relocation of existing mechanical systems - replacement of new electrical systems - new lighting, audio/visual, security and access control systems - new doors and door operators for accessibility - replacement of existing septic system - new paving, curbs and painting for parking.
