The Town of Colonie Parks and Recreation Department invites bids for the resurfacing of athletic pocket parks. Sealed bids must be submitted at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY by the specified time and date, enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and the bidder's name and address. The submission should include all required documents and, if specified, the bid security. Upon contract execution, the successful bidder must provide a performance bond, labor and materials bond, and a payment bond for the full bid amount. The Town reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids. Bidders are strongly recommended to attend a meeting at a specified location to investigate and ask project questions. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended for Bidders. Attendees will be given opportunities to make investigations and pose questions about the project.
