Sealed bids are requested for the BBCHS Addition & Renovations Bid Release #2 at 700 W North Street, Bradley, IL, with bid packages including Concrete (Building & Site), Precast (Plank & Walls), Masonry, Structural & Miscellaneous Steel, General Trades, Openings, Roof, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing & Mechanical Piping, HVAC/Sheet Metal/Controls, Electrical/Communications & Electronic Safety & Security, and Excavation & Building Demolition. Each bid must include a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid, from a surety approved by the owner and licensed in Illinois. Bidders must use the provided bid form and submit, along with the form, a Sexual Harassment Statement, Drug Free Workplace Act statement, and Statement on Bid Rigging.
