The Town of Rock Creek, Dunn County, Wisconsin is seeking bids for asphalt paving for the following town road. Project 1: Fine Grade and Repave 110th Avenue from 810th Street east 1/2 mile (approx. 2640' x 20'): 1. 2" crushed limestone base course added and compacted 24' wide (approx. 810 tons). 2. Preparation of roadway subgrade (lump sum). Pulverization already complete. 3. Fine grade and pave 2.5" compacted thickness 20' wide (approx. 1040 tons). 4. 2 foot wide crushed limestone shoulders compacted (approx. 230 tons). Project 2: Fine Grade and Repave 110th Avenue: Project 1 above + east 3/4 mile (approx. 3960' x 20'): 1. 2" crushed limestone base course added and compacted 24' wide (approx. 1215 tons). 2. Preparation of roadway subgrade (lump sum). Pulverization already complete. 3. Fine grade and pave 2.5" compacted thickness 20' wide (approx. 1560 tons). 4. 2 foot wide crushed limestone shoulders compacted (approx. 345 tons). Project 3: Fine Grade and Repave 110th Avenue: Project 2 above + east 1 mile to 850th Street (approx. 5280' x 20'): 1. 2" crushed limestone base course added and compacted 24' wide (approx. 1620 tons). 2. Preparation of roadway subgrade (lump sum). Pulverization already complete. 3. Fine grade and pave 2.5" compacted thickness 20' wide (approx. 2080 tons). 4. 2 foot wide crushed limestone shoulders compacted (approx. 460 tons). All bids must be submitted on the town bid form and sealed. Materials for work performed shall meet WISDOT specifications and standards. Bid bond required. Scheduled completion by October 1, 2026. Sealed bids to be received by 7pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Bids to be opened at that time at regular board meeting. The Town of Rock Creek reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
