The work includes furnishing all materials and constructing 675 feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer, 1,286 feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer, and 700 feet of wetland restoration, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Bidders must submit a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to the Charter Township of Kalamazoo in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price with their bid. This surety will bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid.
