Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Oshtemo Charter Township is requesting bids for the construction of Neighborhood Sewer Extension Phase 2, Contract E. The work consists of roadway reconstruction, storm sewer improvements, sanitary sewer installation, and associated restoration work, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified. The project includes approximately 16,000 feet of 8 to 12-inch sanitary sewer, 215 sewer laterals, and 2,600 feet of concrete storm sewer ranging from 12 to 30-inch. Question Deadline 03/25/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
