The Road Commission of Kalamazoo County invites qualified bidders to submit proposals to furnish the necessary labor, equipment, traffic control, material, and any other items to complete the work for sealing of cracks in bituminous pavements by using the Overband Crack Fill method. This process consists of cleaning the cracks in the bituminous pavements and placing the specified material into and over the crack to eliminate water infiltration. All materials and placement must comply with the current Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction unless otherwise noted. Bidders are instructed that questions must be received through the Bid Express service; questions received by phone, email, or otherwise will not be answered.
