Renovation of the existing media center, including removal and selective reconstruction of walls, replacement of doors, replacement of finishes, HVAC duct/diffuser work connected to the existing rooftop unit, updated electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, technology improvements, and new furniture. All bids must include the required State Law disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount, which may be provided as a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those deemed to serve the District's best interests.
