The East Bay Regional Park District is soliciting proposals from Construction Management firms to provide construction management and inspection services for the Develop Public Access Project at the former Roddy Ranch Golf Course at Deer Valley Regional Preserve. The scope of services includes activities prior to award of a construction contract, biddability and constructability review, contract administration, submittal review, material testing, inspection, and project closeout. The selected consultant must have proven experience in construction management and construction inspection services for similar projects and be fully qualified to perform the requested services.
