The City of Lynnwood is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations and service providers to deliver programs and services that address opioid addiction and its impacts within the City. Funded projects must focus on reducing harm, supporting recovery, and improving health and safety outcomes for individuals, families, and the broader community affected by opioid use disorder. Qualified agencies must provide services in Lynnwood or to Lynnwood residents, and the programming must include at least one of the following: community/street outreach, treating opioid use disorder, supporting people in treatment and recovery, or connecting people who need help to the help they need. Proposals must demonstrate evidence-based, culturally responsive, and accessible services, with a focus on measurable outcomes and strong community connections. The total available funding is $500,000, with up to $250,000 available per award over a two-year contract term, and multiple awards may be made.
