The work associated with this proposal of program includes removal of existing pavement, removal of existing base course, cement stabilization, shaping and compacting the base course, utility adjustment and repair, sidewalk improvements, the installation of a hot mix asphalt (HMA) binder course and/or surface course, curb and gutter removal and replacement, cross culvert removal and replacement, pavement marking, traffic control, and associated work items as specified. A Pre-Construction Meeting will be scheduled prior to commencement of construction at Franklin City Hall, 9229 West Loomis Road, Franklin, Wisconsin 53132. Upon notice of award, contractor shall provide a construction schedule for the project The Base Bid shall be substantially complete by September 26, 2026. Final Completion date no later than October 17, 2026.
