Question deadline: 03/16/2026. This project consists of milling and overlaying approximately 10,000 linear feet of roadway and pulverizing approximately 2,000 linear feet of streets within the Glenwood Park area. The work also includes the replacement of approximately 7,900 linear feet of curb and gutter. Additional improvements include the installation of a proposed drainage system, waterline relocation, and the replacement of manhole rings and covers. Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested for "Street Rehab - Glenwood Park." Proposals must be marked accordingly and can be submitted either electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal or delivered to the Purchasing Department at the specified address. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond for 10% of the bid amount. The successful proposer must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, from a Surety Company permitted in Texas and approved by the Federal Government. Specifications and proposal documents are available online. No proposal may qualify, modify, substitute, or change any part of the specifications or contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, award parts of bids, and waive informalities in submissions. The City may contract with the offeror meeting all qualifications and specifications whose proposal offers the best value, based on pre-established criteria and evaluation ranking.
