Renovation of an educational facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of the replacement of the school HVAC central plant, including boilers, pumps, and heat exchanger. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Trustees, Jefferson County School District No. 251, at the Administration Office, 3850 E 300 N, Rigby, Idaho. Bids not received by 10:00 am local time on the specified date will not be opened. A pre-bid site walk will not be held, but access to review scope areas can be arranged by contacting the provided representative. Plans, specifications, proposal forms, and additional information are available for examination at designated locations or electronically from the project engineer. A valid Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid. The mechanical contractor will act as the prime contractor for this work. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the bid opening or before award of contract unless the award is delayed for more than thirty days.
