Work Consists of the Design and Construction of One Sixty-five-foot by Sixty-foot by Eighteen-foot (65' X 60' X 18') Single-slope, Heated and Insulated Metal Building, Together With The Foundation, Reinforced Concrete Floor, Doors, Windows, Insulation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Restroom Plumbing and Fixtures, and All Other Work Expressly Allocated to the Contractor in the Bid Documents. All Parts or Work Not Specifically Mentioned Which Are Necessary in Order to Provide a Complete Installation Shall Be Included in the Bid and Shall Conform to All Local, State And Federal Requirements.
