Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Questions received after this day and time will not be considered. Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com The description of the work includes various architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical improvements. Replacement of existing roof with new standing seam metal roof, with associated fascia, insulation, interior liner fabric, snow stop, gutter and downspouts. Replacement of exterior windows, man doors, and windows. Remodel of an existing restroom and storage space into (2) ADA accessible restrooms with associated plumbing, electrical and HVAC improvements. Work in shop to include installation of free standing 5-ton bridge crane with associated foundation, steel structure, and electrical. Replacement of concrete floor and sewer re-routing per plan.
