Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload , protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all ELECTRICAL work, Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide electrical safe-off for demolition scope of work. 2. Provide demolition for all electrical systems and components. 3. Provide electrical grounding, bonding, switchboards, panel boards, fuses, breakers, conductors, conduit, raceways, outlets, switches and all new interior and exterior lighting. 4. Relocate light fixtures as may be required to accommodate new crane. 5. Rewire electric strike for door to work with existing reader and motion sensor. 6. Provide bridge crane electrical connections. 7. Provide all saw-cutting and core drilling as required for this scope of work. 8. Provide 240v heat trace in rain gutter and 24' down downspouts. 9. Provide excavation, backfill , and compaction required for this scope of work. 10. If lead times on any gear, breakers, etc. will delay the critical path of the project such that occupancy will be delayed, provide temporary means of providing power etc. so that the occupancy of any given space will not be delayed. 11. Provide all penetration and joint firestopping for this scope of work. Maintain fire and sound rating in walls/ceilings/floors penetrated. Any penetration through a rated assembly shall be fire-stopped with a UL-Listed assembly acceptable to the Engineer and MA Architects. 12. Division 26 must be fully coordinated with Division 22 and 23 to ensure that all required components of the work are included and fully understood . No additional cost shall be accrued to the Owner or General Contractor as a result of lack of coordination.
