Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid must be submitted in writing and received by Big-D Construction. Questions received after this day and time will not be considered. Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor (regardless of trade jurisdiction), services, materials, and equipment of every kind and description required for the complete, prompt, and efficient performance of the work generally described as follows: Included: Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all THERMAL INSULATION work as indicated on drawings and associated specifications as shown and specified. Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide all batt insulation at interior walls, as specified. 2. Insulation shall be installed to ensure that there is no sagging in the insulation. 3. Provide fiberglass batt insulation at call cavities and voids. Exclusions: 1. Pre-engineered metal roof insulation. Unless noted otherwise, Scope of Work Specific Specification Sections are Furnish and Install Complete: Provide all Division 00 and 01 General Requirements as they pertain to your scope of work
