Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all PLUMBING work Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide demolition for all plumbing systems and plumbing component demolition activities. 2. Provide final cleaning of equipment, piping, valves, etc. to remove any dust that accumulated during construction. 3. Provide lock-out / tag-out of valves for isolation. 4. Provide excavation, backfill, and compaction for any underground plumbing. 5. Provide proper bedding for all underground piping. 6. Provide joint sealants / caulking at plumbing fixtures where they abut dissimilar materials. 7. Provide ADA shower, water heater, expansion tank, fixtures, valves and fittings. 8. Provide all waste and vent piping and domestic water lines (copper). 9. Provide 4" grease line from catch basin inside shop area to exterior of building and make connection to existing grease line. Reroute piping for new crane footings. 10. Provide proper seal for all roof penetrations for plumbing scope of work. 11. Provide potable water pipe insulation, handicap fixture insulation and underground plumbing insulation. 12. Furnish and install engineering, labor, material, and equipment necessary for a complete anchorage and seismic restraints as described in Contract Documents. 13. Division 22 must be fully coordinated with Division 23 and 26 to ensure that all required components of the work are included and fully understood . No additional cost shall be accrued to the Owner or General Contractor as a result of lack of coordination. 14. Keep all valves accessible. Provide access doors where valves are concealed behind hard, inaccessible surfaces finishes. 15. Provide all penetration and joint firestopping for this scope of work. Maintain fire and sound rating in walls/ceilings/floors penetrated . Any penetration through a rated assembly shall be fire-stopped with a UL-Listed assembly acceptable to the Engineer and MA Architects
