Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor (regardless of trade jurisdiction), services, materials, and equipment of every kind and description required for the complete, prompt, and efficient performance of the work generally described as follows: Included: Furnish, deliver, unload , protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required for all new WINDOWS as indicated on drawings and associated specifications as shown and specified. Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide extruded aluminum, factory-finished, and conform to the performance requirements specified in the contract documents. 2. All units shall meet or exceed AAMA, ASCE, ASTM, CPSC, GANA, and NFRC performance standards for air infiltration, water penetration, and thermal performance. 3. Glazing shall be insulated, low-E, double-pane as specified. 4. All hardware, locks, fasteners, flashings and weatherstripping shall be included as part of each window assembly. 5. All units shall be delivered crated or wrapped to prevent damage and shall be clearly labeled for location and size. 6. Windows shall be stored upright on level ground, in a clean, dry area protected from weather and direct sunlight. 7. Subcontractor shall be responsible for any damage incurred prior to acceptance by the Owner and/or Big-D Construction. Exclusions: 1.
