Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid must be submitted in writing and received by Big-D Construction. Questions received after this day and time will not be considered. Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all PAINTING work, Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide all interior painting including coatings. 2. Provide epoxy coatings. 3. Provide painting of HM frames and HM doors. 4. Provide painting of access panels. 5. Provide painting of bollards 6. Provide preparation of all exposed steel / misc. metals prior to painting. 7. Provide caulking of door frames to adjacent walls. 8. Provide protection of adjacent materials. 9. All drywall surfaces are to be accepted prior to application of wall finishes . Report any defects to Big-D. 10. Provide caulking of all dissimilar material joints abutting surfaces to be painted.
