Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid must be submitted in writing and received by Big-D Construction. Questions received after this day and time will not be considered. Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all DOORS, FRAMES, AND HARDWARE work Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide all doors, frames, and all hardware, including installation of door frames and hardware. 2. Provide pre-machining of all doors and frames to accept finish hardware. 3. Provide doors and lite kits including glazing. 4. Provide backing in frames for hardware attachment. 5. Provide chase in specified doors to accommodate wiring. 6. All frames, doors, and hardware are to be marked, listed, protected, wrapped and free from blemishes. 7. Coordinate key system with Owner. 8. Provide factory finish to wood doors. 9. Provide unloading and stocking of doors, frames and hardware to building. 10. Once materials are delivered to the jobsite it is the responsibility of the installer to secure and protect all items. Any lost or damaged items will be the responsibility of the installer. 11. Verify each door frame has been installed correctly after drywall has been hung, but before drywall taping begins. 12. Provide installation of all doors, frames, and hardware.
