Consideration of a Possible Award Will Take Place on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 7:00 Pm for the Following: Asphalt & Aggregate Materials 100 Tons-superpave Scratch & Leveling Course, 9.5mm 100 Tons-superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm 100 Tons-superpave Wearing Course, 19.0mm 200 Tons-superpave Binder Course, 25.0mm 250 Tons-pa-2a Subbase 100 Tons-aashto No. 3 100 Tons-aashto No. 57 50 Tons-aashto No. 8 50 Tons-r-4 (Rock) 50 Tons-r-6 (Rock) Proposals Must Be on the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to the Municipality. A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Shall Be Furnished by the Successful Bidder Within 20 Days After the Contract is Awarded. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Award the Bid in the Best Interest of the Township.
