Description

The Town of Manchester is seeking proposals for the repair of concrete at the Hockanum River Water Pollution Control Facility. The project involves replacing and repairing concrete in the HRWPC facility plant and related areas, including tanks, walls, floors, channels, clarifiers, walkways, and other areas to maintain safety, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance. The Town requires a qualified contractor to perform the work due to deterioration from water, chemicals, gases, general wear, and weather exposure. COPE OF WORK The work includes replacing and repairing concrete at the HRWPCF that has been damaged from wear and tear and salt use in the winter months.
