The Project includes the following Work The Project consists of water treatment plant improvements including a splitter box, gravity filters, a steel pre-sedimentation basin, and yard piping. Instructions to bidders include obtaining all official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents through the designated planroom website. All prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders, as bids from those not on the official bidders list will not be opened. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, and all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, except for applicable waivers.
