The contractor's primary focus shall be to conduct preventative maintenance and certification of calibration for equipment models including Atlas LLC model numbers CI4000, CI35F, M222QTP, SDL Atlas model numbers LHT, M228AA, M6, and Pellerin model number 36026Q6P. The contractor shall provide a service plan that includes monthly preventative maintenance visits with a certificate of calibration every 6 months or as needed for the specified Atlas LLC and SDL Atlas models, ensuring that the systems meet requirements for weathering, fading, and laundering. Yearly service is required for SDL Launder-Ometer LHT, M228AA, Pellerin Milnor 36026Q6P, and HRO-400 and HRO-200 Harris-Millipore Systems. The contractor shall provide parts as needed during the service. Bidders must submit a Firm Fixed Price Quote inclusive of all charges and with FOB destination shipping terms, provide company information, and demonstrate technical understanding of the requirements, including personnel qualifications and compliance with deliverables. Bidders must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS 541380.
