Renovation of a military facility in Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, and supervision required to deliver a complete water treatment service program for HVAC systems. Services include controlling corrosion, slime, and algae in condensers and performing service for thermal ice storage systems, closed-loop heating and cooling systems, gas-fired heating hot water systems, and water softeners. All work must support proper operation and maintenance of these systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
