Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Specialty Cleaning Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please refer to Attachment 1 - Specialty Cleaning BPA PWS for a complete description of services. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Bidders should review the Provisions and Clauses listed within this document and Attachment 3 - Provisions and Clauses, which apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through internet access at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.
