Question Deadline 04/01/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists of approximately 3,900 feet of water main replacement, customer water service line replacements, valves, fire hydrants and associated water distribution system appurtenances, approximately 2,300 feet of sanitary sewer main replacement, sanitary sewer manholes, customer sanitary lateral replacements, associated sanitary collection system appurtenances, pertinent storm sewer pipes and structures, roadway restoration, driveway restoration, sidewalk restoration and landscaping as detailed in the contract documents. Bids must include bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Owner in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification as required by the contract documents within ten days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
