Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Houghton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 624-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for construction of new restrooms located at the Dodgeville Recreation Area Rink on the Hurontown-Dodgeville Road in Houghton, MI. State or federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or federal requirements will apply. The contractor and any subcontractors shall not discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment with respect to hire, tenure, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, or a matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status or a disability that is unrelated to the individual's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position. Project Description: addition of new unisex restrooms to existing ice rink warming hut, asphalt shingles, interior and exterior painting, plumbing, heating, and electrical. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
