The project consists of approximately 3,900 feet of water main replacement, customer water service line replacements, valves, fire hydrants, and associated water distribution system appurtenances; approximately 2,300 feet of sanitary sewer main replacement, sanitary sewer manholes, customer sanitary lateral replacements, associated sanitary collection system appurtenances, pertinent storm sewer pipes and structures, roadway restoration, driveway restoration, sidewalk restoration, and landscaping as detailed in the contract documents. Prospective bidders may obtain copies of the bidding documents from the issuing office as described. Partial sets of bidding documents are not available from the issuing office. Neither the owner nor the engineer is responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents, including addenda, obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Printed copies may be obtained by paying a $100 refundable deposit for each set (refundable for the first set only), plus a separate $100 non-refundable handling fee for each set of contract documents.
