The work also includes site restoration of disturbed areas. Requirements include compliance with PENNVEST funding guidelines, Davis Bacon Wage Rates, the American Iron and Steel Act, the Build America, Buy America Act, and the prohibition on certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.
