The project includes improvements along Crafton Boulevard, including but not limited to labor and materials associated with parking lot line striping removal and replacement, demolition of existing electric service, installation of a Level 2 EV charger and conduit/conductor, installation of street lights and conduit, 200 amp single phase 240/120v service, modification of existing site lighting circuit and controls, parking signage, planting of deciduous trees, wheel stop removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk restoration, site clearing and site preparation, site cleanup, plantings, and site restoration, E&S controls, construction documentation and traffic control, site protection, resident and business notification, GPR survey, utility notification and coordination, complete in place. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this Project. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond from a surety company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Crafton Borough in an amount equal to ten percent of the total proposal as a guarantee. The proposals must remain firm for sixty days. The Borough reserves the right to reject all proposals or any part thereof and to waive any informality therein. Performance, maintenance, and labor and material payment bonds, public liability and property damage certificates of insurance, and certificates of workman's compensation must be filed with the executed agreement upon acceptance of the proposal from the successful bidder.
