Renovation of a swimming pool in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
A. CONTRACTOR shall submit a detailed work schedule to the Facilities designee prior to performing the work. B. CONTRACTOR shall remove existing metal doors and frames. C. CONTRACTOR shall install five (5) new fiberglass doors and frames, fifteen (15) new hinges, five (5) new levers, five (5) new deadbolts and five (5) new door closers. D. CONTRACTOR shall ensure the two (2) doors for the chemical closet have louvers. One will be interior and one will be exterior. E. CONTRACTOR shall properly dispose of any old material and doors. F. CONTRACTOR shall provide any equipment required to complete the work. The City of Melbourne is requesting bids from qualified firms to remove and replace five (5) doors and frames; four (4) exterior and one (1) interior at the Sherwood Pool Facility as specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). All Prospective Bidders/proposers Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Melbourne Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
