Site work for a water / sewer project in Upper Saucon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the North Branch Interceptor Project. The work includes providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the proposed improvements within the North Branch Interceptor Project. Contracts to be awarded include: Contract 1 - Site Work and Sanitary Sewer Installation, Contract 2 - Electrical Components, and Contract 3 - Mechanical Components. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other acceptable security in the amount of 10% of the total base bid. Bids must include all items listed on the bid form. Bidders and subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified and establish proof of competency and responsibility in accordance with applicable regulations. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, OSHA conditions, Pennsylvania Act 287 and its amendments, the Trade Practices Act, the Public Works Employment Verification Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222, and non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the bids as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
