**As of April 28th, 2026, the project was awarded to The Corbett Group, LLC, with an awarded amount of $260,621.25** The work consists of replacing the existing deteriorating metal pipe culvert with a reinforced concrete box culvert. Fayette County is soliciting Bids from Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) prequalified Contractors experienced with installation of drainage structures, grading, and paving. The Brandon Mill Circle (140) project location is near 140 Brandon Mill Circle (140) in Fayette County and consists of removing the existing deteriorated single 48-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) stormwater system and replacing it with 54-linear feet of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and 331-linear feet of HDPE Smooth-lined Corrugated High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
