Mill and pave approximately 18,815 square yards to the depth of 2 inches 9.1.1.1. Mill proposed area and remove asphalt from site 9.1.1.2. Tack coat vertical edges of the open patch with SS1 emulsion. 9.1.1.3. Using a paving machine, place asphalt at 2 inches in depth and compact to uniform consistency making sure that the new asphalt matches the adjacent pavement surface. 9.1.1.4. Asphalt material must be Department of Transportation approved. 9.1.1.5. Contractor will not be responsible for ponding water and poor drainage in areas where the grading is less than 2% 9.1.1.6. Remove and repin existing wheel stops 9.1.1.7. Project includes installing 3 new asphalt speed bumps and repinning 3 sets of rubber speed bumps in previous locations 9.1.2. Restriping of Student Parking Lot 9.1.2.1. Contractor will be provided a detailed drawing designating the exact layout of the area to be striped. 9.1.2.2. If no modifications are made to the existing striping, contractor will re-stripe the area per the existing layout. 9.1.2.3. Restiping will consist of but not limited to; 9.1.2.3.1.
