Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting sealed bids for a two-year septic waste water disposal contract. All bids must be submitted electronically through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System (ePS). No mailed or hand-delivered bids will be accepted, and late bids will not be considered. Each bid must remain firm for at least ninety days from the bid opening date and cannot be withdrawn during that period. SEPTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is determined to be in its best interest. Any questions or requests for modifications must be submitted in writing at least eight calendar days prior to the bid opening, and only written addenda issued by SEPTA through ePS will be considered valid.
