The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to construct a reinforced concrete retaining wall footing approximately 86 linear feet in length around an existing diesel generator at 3201 Impala Point Circle. Tasks include necessary grading (excavation, shaping, leveling, and final grading), provision and use of all formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, curing, and cleanup materials, removal and disposal of excess soil and construction debris, and restoration of disturbed areas to their original or better condition. Contractors are required to submit a unit price per linear foot, which will be used as the determining unit price for evaluation. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct the retaining wall footing, including: Construct a footing approximately 86 linear feet in length around the existing generator, located near 3201 Impala Point Circle. Perform all necessary grading work, including excavation, shaping, leveling, and final grading to ensure stability and proper drainage. Provide all materials required for formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, curing, and cleanup. Remove and dispose of excess soil and construction debris. Restore disturbed areas to original or better condition.
