Renovation of an educational facility in Golconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work to include the removal of existing single ply roofing assemblies, coal tar pitch roofing assemblies (with gravel), wood soffits, plaster ceiling, and sheet metal, and modifications to existing roof mounted HVAC and electrical systems and other related items. New work consists of the installation of new TPO roofing assemblies, new roof curbs and equipment supports, gas piping modifications, new gutters, downspouts, roof drains, new electrical wiring and conduit, reinforcement of existing wood roof joists, new gypsum ceiling, and other related ceiling/roof items. Obtain plans from Paducah Blueprint & Supply. For electronic copies, a non-refundable deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set is required. For hard copies, two deposits are required: one non-refundable deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and one refundable deposit of one hundred Dollars ($100.00) upon the return of documents in good condition within 30 days after bid opening.
