As of April 20, 2026 Project has not been awarded. No definite date for rebid Bids for the construction of the Green Haven Trail Project will be received by the City of Anoka. Principal components of the project include: sawing bituminous pavement (2086 linear feet), excavation - common (1798 cubic yards), common embankment (3034 cubic yards), full depth reclamation (5500 square yards), Type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (3.0 inches thick, 4096 square yards), modular block retaining wall (145 square yards), concrete walk (274 square feet), concrete curb and gutter design B618 (225 linear feet), installation of PVC electrical conduit (12100 linear feet), wire fence design 48-9322 (290 linear feet), lump sum traffic control, and seeding (2.7 acres). Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash deposit, or bid bond made payable to the City of Anoka in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City. If bidding electronically, refer to the "ELECTRONIC BIDS" article in the Instructions to Bidders. If submitting a paper bid, the contractor must purchase paper or digital copies of the Bidding Documents by the specified methods. Questions deadline: 03/26/2026
