Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and medical facility.

Plumbing – disconnect existing natural gas from the Hutchings service and replace it with a new gas service from National Grid. Electrical – National Grid to install new pole and overhead line from NM pol #117 and MV cables to new transformer pad provided along with MV service conduits to new riser pole by EC. National Grid to provide new pad mount service transformer with secondary meter on site as indicated on site plan and EC to provide new 1600A fused switch and feeder cable/conduit to existing 1600A 208V 3-phase switchboard. Provide permanent lockout tagout and warning signs for existing MV switches connecting cables from the Hutchings distribution system to existing service switchboard. Scopes of work include: cast in place concrete, plumbing, electrical.
