Site work for a mixed-use development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the "Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 91 Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System, Storm Drainage System, and Street Paving." The scope includes approximately 2,120 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances, 1,300 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances, 1,175 LF of 24-inch thru 36-inch RCP storm sewer and all appurtenances, 5,250 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation, 5,000 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, and 2,760 LF of 4-inch and 6-inch reinforced concrete curb. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. It's located near the intersection of Katy Hockley Road and House Hahl Road. Within the Langham Creek watershed. Anticipated NTP is September 2026 ; The total contract time is 35 calendar days.
