Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 89 Water Distribution System, Non-Potable Water Distribution System, Sanitary Collection System, Storm Drainage System, and Street Paving. The project includes approximately 4,215 linear feet of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances, approximately 1,375 linear feet of 4-inch through 8-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances, approximately 3,375 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances, approximately 3,475 linear feet of 24-inch RCP through 54-inch RCP and 60 linear feet of 7'x4' RCB storm sewer and all appurtenances, approximately 14,650 square yards of 8-inch subgrade preparation, approximately 12,975 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement, approximately 4,040 linear feet of 4-inch reinforced concrete curb, and approximately 3,370 linear feet of 6-inch reinforced concrete curb. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
